The working principle of VOCs exhaust gas treatment equipment is to pass polluted exhaust gas through the equipment and filter out impurities by some means, and the remaining non-polluting air is discharged safely.
 
       It belongs to the differential contact counterflow type, and the packing in the tower body is the basic component of gas-liquid two-phase contact. It can provide a large enough surface area without causing excessive resistance to gas flow. The absorbent is the main medium for the treatment of exhaust gas. Its properties and concentrations are selected according to the properties of different exhaust gases. The consumption of the unit gas is determined by calculating the ratio of the molar flow rate of the absorbent to the inert gas. The exhaust gas is sucked in by the air duct and passes through the packing layer from bottom to top; the circulating absorbent sprays from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor evenly into the packing layer, flows downward along the surface of the packing layer, and enters the circulating water tank. Due to the continuous contact of the updraft and downdraft absorbent in the packing, the concentration of the fluid in the updraft is getting lower and lower, and the discharge requirements are reached when the tower top is reached. Installation method of organic waste gas treatment equipment
       1. The input power must match the power used by the purifier. It is strictly prohibited that the input power does not match the power used by the purifier, and the purifier cabinet needs to be grounded for stability.
 
       2. The air inlet of the purifier needs to be installed with variable-diameter air diverting pipes, so that the exhaust gas is evenly distributed into the processing chambers of the purifier to improve the utilization rate and the treatment effect of the purifier.
 
       3. When installing the purifier, leave enough space to open the door compartment and electric control cover of the purifier, which is convenient for maintenance, repair and cleaning.
 
       4. For stability, the purifier needs to be installed outdoors. Keep it away from the crowd and cover the electric control power supply of the purifier to prevent rain and sunlight from damaging the electric control power supply and causing accidents.
 
       5. When the purifier needs to be dismantled, moved and installed, it needs to be assembled by professionals according to the original assembly specifications. It is strictly forbidden to enter the internal processing room with debris or sand and check whether the internal components are firm.
 
       6. When the purifier is installed on the roof of a high-rise building, it is recommended to install lightning protection facilities to ensure stability. It is strictly prohibited to install the purifier near high-temperature facilities.
